Breeding and Feeding
This update brings some huge new features related to breeding and feeding. The number of fish available to discover has more than tripled from the last update and there are new and easier ways to keep all of your fish fed. Here's a breakdown:
Breeding
Along with feeding fish to cause them to evolve into new species, fish within the same species can now be bred to discover variations. Try to unlock all ten Tetra breeds. (Danio and Goldfish breeding is still in development.)
Auto-Feeding
As your fish population increases, feeding them individually can grow tedious. You can now buy and place small plants around the Pond to keep your herbivores fed. Once assigned, each fish will feed on these plants every day until they are full.
Fish Data
Checking the Fish List is a good way to see which fish are hungry. Now you can check it to see which fish are available to breed. You can also click on fish to see which food they are assigned to, click on eggs to see which breed will be born and see how long they will take to hatch.
UI
The User Interface has its first iteration of a style. There aren't many supplies in a post-apocalyptic world, so scraps of paper will have to do for our research.
